Originally from Walker County, Kerry is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University and has worked in ministry for 22 years with congregations in Alabama and Tennessee.
He married Natalie (McCreless) in 1997 and they have three sons - Sawyer, Canyon, and Oakley. Kerry and Natalie moved to Northport in May of 2007 to begin working with the congregation.
Charles grew up in the Northport Church of Christ and was a part of the foundational years of the campus ministry. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Freed-Hardeman University in the Bible in 2009. He has served as the preacher for the Refuge Church of Christ (2007) and youth and family minister at Cottondale Church of Christ (2007-2015) and North Tuscaloosa Church of Christ (2015-2018). He serves as a collaborative special education teacher and special needs certified CDL at Northridge Middle School. He is a graduate student at The University of West Alabama. He is the proud husband to Kylie and daddy to three little girls, Wells, Collins, and Sellers.
